Steven Lugauer

Steven Lugauer is an Associate Professor in the University of Kentucky Department of Economics. His current research concerns the economics of exploring outer space and sustainable economic growth in the very long run. His past research focused on macroeconomics and demographics. He has published work on these topics in such journals as the Economic Journal, the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, the Review of Economics and Statistics, and the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking.  He holds degrees from the University of Chicago, the University of Miami, and Carnegie Mellon University.
